To place an order with us kindly send a photo or a request for the service you want. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
In the case that an item becomes sold out before the client makes a payment you will be notified and we will process a full refund. You can choose to be notified when the item is back in stock or explore alternative options.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 2-10 working days from the day we receive the item. If there is any delay with shipping, the client will be notified. We always try our best to deliver on time. Please note for Pre-ordered items, delivery times vary. You will be notified when placing their order.
Payment
We accept payment through bank transfers, once we have confirmed full payment your order will be processed immediately.
Returns
Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items after they have been delivered. We would only accept returns if you receive a wrong item and we should be notified as soon as possible. It is not UR CLOSET’s responsibility to resell unwanted items for a client. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Standard shipping to Nigeria does not incur any extra charge. Shipping to other countries and express shipping to Nigeria is subject to Customs Duties upon arrival which the client will have to bear the cost (pls note the duties will be based on the custom laws of the delivery country and we cannot estimate it).
Yes, we are happy to tell you we ship worldwide using trusted couriers. Please note that delivery to most countries attracts Imports/Customs duties and is calculated by the destination country, which you will have to pay before your order is delivered.

Our service charge is between 7.5-25% of the total cost of your order.
You can only exchange your order and you will have to bare the cost of sending it back to us(as long as it is within the brand’s return policy and time. You will have to notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and it must be sent in its original packaging, unused and well packaged to avoid damage in transit. Pls note that Jewelleries and underwear cannot be returned.
